The plan is to ride 2015's Tour de France one week ahead of the pros, keep one week ahead of the pros, and raise money to help underpriviliged UK kids. We start on June 27th...help!

Not Fade Away...Rest day in Gap...Tuesday 14th July 2015
An absolute genius.
This rest day followed a fairly similar pattern to the first one...blimey, was that really 8 days ago? Anyway, breakfast then clean the bike, go for a recce of the town to spot possible locations for lunch and watching Le Tour dans le telly.
We arrived just a tad too early for breakfast: it wasn't open. Le Mcbollocks!
A la Marty McFly, I'm fading away before we reach Paris...no!
The team of highly skilled pain-inflictors/masseurs. I'm sold!
I booked myself in for a 30 minute session with Lindsay: she is dynamite as a masseuse...highly recommended!
Roundabout guff er, art.
Sleepy Gap prior to Bastille Day celebrations kicking-off.
Andy and I strolled into Gap and found a suitable cafe offering a 'Steak XL'. Clearly speaking our lingo...thereafter we found another cafe not 10 yards away that was showing Le Tour, live. Go Froome!
Comparing calf size with Andre Greipel. And losing.
A really pleasant spot pour large luncheon!
Exactly what was required. Lettuce.
We called it quits just before Bastille Day parades were about to start- we had to get back to the hotel for dinner and our briefing for the next day's ride. Yeah, don't have nightmares, hah-hah!
